The Flywheel is a staple of Ninja training! The incut ledges give you ample space to get your fingers tucked into the blue rounded sides and maximize grip. Use both sides of the Flywheel ninja obstacle to traverse with laches or use one side to treat the obstacle like a cliffhanger!
